I think Tulane made it mandatory after Hurricane Katrina, which sort of makes sense. I remember them telling us there were lots of options when I was a prospie, which I technically guess is true, but it just really doesn't feel like it. (SINCE IT ALL SEEMS TO BE KIDS. I know it's not all kids, but it damned well feels that way.)
I hesitate at going to disability services or the student health center because it doesn't seem like it's that big a deal and I've over-reacting, but -- I'm not sure my mental/emotional health is where it should be this semester.
