Well, it's a reasonable explanation. And she at least ends up with some family that will help her and believe her, even if they are a bit weirded out by the situation. The parents must be very surprised, though. But if she's pregnant with...er, Riley, as I've been calling him, probably pleased enough, if they believe it's Peter's baby.
