I think all writers have this fear.

(I also think that writers are their own worst enemy and that you (universal you) are the only person who can make that fear of yours true.)

(And I think the part that terrifies me more than failing is that writing is literally the only thing that I want. There's nothing else.)

I completely understand because I feel the same way, and I think that's what makes you a writer--when it's the only thing you want, the only thing you can imagine.
