the end starts now (made by
karanna1)
Peter and Susan and the very, very end! I have to admit this is one of the icons I threw up on DW when I was still mostly on LJ and also writing a lot of Peter/Susan, so it is left over from then, but oh, my lovely broken darlings, together and knowing that they won't be able to stay in Narnia.
bring it starbuck (made by
scifi_tv_addict)
Starbuck, being sassy. Starbuck is actually not my favorite of the BSG women (Athena!), but I love her anyway, and this is one of my go-to women in space icons, as well as a challenge one. It used to be just "bring it", and then I put up an Edmund icon with the same keywords.
beginning of the story (made by
elec3nity)
A perfect golden snapshot of the past, what's come and gone and remained only in the imperfect memory of books and history. The dual meaning is that, of course, this is the beginning of the Golden Age, the beginning of the chronicles.
britannia (made by
girlyb_icons)
My go-to Britain icon! Because I am a terrrible anglophile, and also, it is pretty. Look, I don't have particularly ddeep thoughts about most of my icons.
bring it (edmund) (made by
mata090680)
The other "bring it" icon. Edmund, strutting. Randomly: I really hate the fandom convention I see sometimes where Edmund always fights with two swords, despite the fact he has two during the Narnian/Telmarine battle in PC. One of them is a Telmarine sword, and if he always fights with two swords, then he would have taken two from Cair Paravel. He does not. It was a fluke. I mean, it does tell he knows how to fight with two swords and is comfortable doing so in the middle of a stressful situation, but it is not his default.
the bayou (made by
girlyb_icons)
Go-to Louisiana icon, since I haven't been able to find a good New Orleans icon yet. Dark and dangerous and spooky -- swamps always seem like they're full of secrets.
