No, I think Rilian at least had a vision and the will to carry it out. Tirian can't seem to keep both together at once--and pfft! to hair color, I think Jamie Bamber is perfect. And frankly I think the contrast between him and William Popplewell would be brought out even better by Bamber being blonde.

Though I also just wrote this, which features Rilian a la Warsverse being rather tyrannical, so my view is probably skewed.
