I think in Narnia it's easier for Jill to separate herself from the Narnians, especially because you have so many different people with such diverse beliefs and backgrounds crammed into a small space, and it doesn't exactly help that you have the Pevensies right there. But Archenland's another story entirely.
I suspect that Susan is even more opaque than her siblings, when it comes to sharing information, because she's been on her own for so long. Lucy's a naturally sociable type, while Peter and Edmund are both in the military...
Gosh, I wish I knew what I was doing with the kids! It may just be a next generation/hope thing. If there are kids, then the world won't end. Or something! I mean, I still reserve the right to end the world.
