I'm aware of the theory, yeah. My work habits seem to be along the lines of 15-40 minutes of solid work (depending on time of day, how my wrists feel, if I'm hungry, etc.) and then a few hours off. Which is sort of the opposite of what it should be, but as long as I get stuff done I'm not much bothered.
