YES!

So, Ellensburg totally swept the bari-tenor sax competition at Solo Ensemble. Birkin (the Other Bari) is going to State, and I am first alternate, which means if he has to drop out for some reason, I go and play for YVMEA (Yakima Valley Music Education Association) in his place. Or, possibly, if someone else from around the state has to drop, there's a chance I'll be able to play at State. However, it's not a very big chance.

And of course the Seahawks lost the Super Bowl, and I, along with the rest of the state of Washington, am pissed. Of course I have no actual interest in football, but it's proprietary pride.

Oh, yes, and before you ask, Tolo was fun too. Kyle's a foot and a half taller than me, so dancing with him was kind of...interesting, but it was fun.
