The Final Season. I have a thing for sports stories, and I have a thing for small towns, and this movie has both of them, so I'm really looking forward to seeing it when it comes out.

Moondance Alexander. It's about a girl and her horse! Named Moondance! No, not the horse -- the horse is named Checkers. The girl is named Moondance and is played by Sasha Cohen. Why does that name sound familiar? Sasha Cohen is an Olympic gold medalist figure skater. Who is now an actress. With a horse.

Juno. This actually looks pretty cute, and the lead actress keeps charming me. Teenage pregnancy is not usually my cup of tea, but this really does look very good.

When Did You Last See Your Father? Oh, look, a heartwarming story about a father/son relationship fraught with terminal cancer. Probably very good, but it could use a shorter title.

One Missed Call. Thank you for making sure I will never answer my cell phone again. In other words, based on a Japanese horror story! Who would have guessed?

August Rush. Hurrah, music! In other words, another heartwarming story, but this one looks much more cheerful than "When Did You Last See Your Father?" Still. When are we going to get a musical prodigy that plays a wind instrument?

I'm Not There. I kind of like the idea, but it looks very artsy. Which I think is the point.

Weirdsville. ...I don't even.

Fred Claus. I think it looks good, and funny. Hurrah, a Christmas movie!

Step Up 2: The Streets. *considers* It looks a bit better than the first one -- street dancing's not really my thing, but I've got a weakness for high school fight movies (by which I mean, not literal fights, but like, competition and all that).

Control. Boring.
