You know, I didn't go to bed in a feverish haze last night, so I have high hopes of this thing leaving me alone, but then again, now I have a sore throat that makes it painful to swallow and the vague feeling that the fever may strike again at any moment, so, you know, you win some, you lose some.

I did get the extension on the paper, though, so thank God. Let's see how my ability to type is.

Narnia ficbit: "Selfish" (Peter/Susan)

Written before I got sick -- right in the midst of the Tirian backstory, actually, but I figured it didn't really fit there. Peter/Susan, in England, the night before Peter ships off for Burma. (There's vague backstory here that I didn't get into and probably will later. "Party" here referring to Peter's commissioning.)

Okay, when did Tirian hook up with Jewel? During their childhoods, yes, when Erlian was still alive, but when exactly? *muses* I bet after Tirian did something really stupid and reckless and Erlian (or Altagracia?) decided that giving Tirian a companion his own age would be a great idea.
