Things that bemuse me: browsing through Amazon's bargains page and seeing The Magician's Nephew (adult) (Narnia).

So, the super secret edition of The Magician's Nephew, then?

Also, I keep looking at this cover and going, "Aslan?"

And there's a Horse and His Boy (adult) (Narnia), too! Okay, I shall admit it probably just has to do with the cover and printing run, whatever, not the actual content, but it still amuses the hell out of me. (This probably means that there are "adult" copies of the other five books in there, too. I shall be quiet now.) Because I'm twelve, apparently.

Give me the title of a story I've never written, and feedback telling me what you liked best about it, and I will tell you any of: the first sentence, the last sentence, the thing that made me want to write it, the biggest problem I had while writing it, why it almost never got posted, the scene that hit the cutting room floor but that I wish I'd been able to salvage, or something else that I want readers to know.
