Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005)

Because I am apparently on that kind of kick, I watched the 2005 Charlie and the Chocolate Factory last night, and after the initial shock of, wait, this came out in 2005? I thought it came out last year, I have a few thoughts.

Oh. This is why people like to knit with Malabrigo. *clings* You take the yarn from my cold dead hands.

I...I kind of want to change the sock pattern I already started from my default to something that will show off the yarn better. (Seriously, my default: of the six pairs of socks I have knitted, four of them have been Sunday Swings, which means I have knitted eight socks with the same pattern and yes: I can do this pattern in the dark in a moving airplane in an economy seat, yessirree.)

If I hadn't sworn off buying yarn until I ran out of my Black Friday yarn shopping spree, I would be off buying out The Loopy Ewe or Eat.Sleep.Knit. Since I only have about three skeins left until then...well, that's another three pairs.
