(no subject)

You know, I have the somewhat alarming feeling that I don't actually want to write a comp lit paper, I want to write a history paper about the sixteenth century interpretation of the classical period concentrating on its use of the literature. *sighs* We'll see. (Actually, I've had this feeling since January, it's just that my thesis advisor's an English prof, so obviously he's been steering me towards the lit side more than the history side. My second reader is also a lit guy -- he just does Latin literature, not English lit.)

...I still need to find out from Honors whether I can take a third reader from within my program. Before it's too late and I actually need to HAVE a third reader. *adds "e-mail Dr. L" to to-do list*

I was disturbingly mellow today, and it freaks me the hell out. Usually I am so stressed I think my head is going to explode on Mondays. Oh, well, maybe tomorrow.
