I am traveling with my mother, which: gods save us both. (I love my mother, but temperamentally I turned out way more like my father and they are very close to exact opposites. Also my mother keeps saying things like, "Do they wear jeans in England? Can I use a credit card in England? England is so exotic!" "Mom, we're going to Leicester, it is probably one of the least exotic cities in England.")
