Aug. 10th, 2015 09:44 pmMeh, yesterday I opened a bag of flour to make donuts and there were BUGS in it. Bah. So I threw it out and bought new flour today, and I'll keep it in the freezer, I guess. Donuts tomorrow, hopefully, since now it's late and I don't usually like baking or cooking late. Though yesterday I made fried rice at like eleven and once I made pancakes at 2 am, so I could.
I told my mother that I'm thinking about staying in New Orleans over Christmas break, which she seemed pretty resigned to. (Meanwhile, I'm already freaking out about having to move next May.)
I am rewatching S1 of Friday Night Lights on Netflix, and man, I forgot how good this show is. I watched it when I was a freshman in college and homesick, and even though Dillon's not that much like where I grew up, it just...feels like home. I stopped watching after S3, though, so I might try and catch up this time.
