Peter -- my Peter, at least -- has that remarkable skill of all good leaders to know when to delegate, and who to delegate to. It's significant that he ruled with, so to speak, back-up; all the Pevensies have their own particular skillsets, and Peter's is not just being a good figurehead (although he's not bad at that, either).
