It was Tirian quoting stuff; the entirety of the cut scene, rather than just the quotes, is this:
The night before the High King had come for him, Tirian had been sound asleep in his gaol cell along with Eustace and Jill; he’d been woken by the sound of a horn in the air, clear and steady. It had thrummed in his bones, made the earth tremble beneath him, and as it faded away the fort had erupted in anger and confusion, the Calormene commander storming into his cell and throwing him up against a wall, demanding answers that Tirian hadn’t been able to give. Listen, o wolf! That is the horn of my sister Queen Susan, and it will raise such a fire in Narnia as has not been seen since winter stalked these lands! From border to border it echoes, and all within Narnia’s bounds are sworn to hear and to answer - even the High King himself. So think wisely upon your crimes and pray to your gods, wolf: the whole of Narnia’s power is bearing down upon you.
He fingers the fading bruise on his jaw thoughtfully, wondering if Prince Bahadur had heard that horn in Cair Paravel - heard it and known what it meant, looked full upon the face of his doom and trembled. Think wisely upon your crimes; the ancient past comes with vengeance at its heart.
Mind you, I make no promises about when Dust 5 will come out, but hey, sometime in the future.
