Feb. 16th, 2009 03:49 pmI am twenty-five words away from the minimum wordcount on my Theocritus essay. TWENTY-FIVE WORDS. (There is a very strict wordcount -- 1199-1299 words. I currently have 1174.)
*sigh* I should actually put in one more paragraph, but I'm still shocked by twenty-five words. Also, I can't think of anything else to write that doesn't risk going over the word limit.
And then I have to go gird my loins and go up to the Language Learning Center in Newcomb, which I went up to, then promptly fled before entering because hey! Tulane changed rooms, and this makes me incredibly bitter, and we have gone over what a headcase I am before, right? Except my Japanese listening homework is due tomorrow, so I kind of have to go in, oh, today. (Or tomorrow morning, but dude, I don't want to skip my Natural Disasters class, or even part of it. Not that it's a particularly interesting class; I usually spend it writing porn. Wait, that doesn't narrow my classes down any.)
Must do these two things. Must do these two things. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, BEDLAM.
Meanwhile, I am stuck looking over my Amazon wishlist and figuring out what I want to buy. Why is everything I want only available in hardback? *makes faces*
ETA: Paper done and printed, although I realized right after I printed it that I hadn't proofread it, but hey! Let's hope it's good. Unfortunately, Tulane continues to hate me an enormous amount; I went up to the LLC (for the SECOND TIME -- let me emphasize that it is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator) and there is only one CD and it is IN USE. I'll go again in a bit, I suppose.
