If y'all have been wondering where the hell I am, I have been (a) moving back to college and New Orleans and (b) co-writing an original novel(la) with aella_irene.

We are writing in Google Docs, and keeping notes at the bottom of each document, and since we are not only on two different continents and in two different countries but in two different timezones (or three, if you count me switching timezones a couple of days ago), our notes usually go like this:

(They were absolutely convinced that Terebinthia was a suicide mission and that Peter had lost his mind...the original version was a love song written to Lucy by the Navy captain who asked to marry her and about whom she asked Peter to put him in the front of the fight, so he'd stop this pesky marriage business. Peter didn't, as it happened, but he still died.)

(And I'm for bed!) (Sleep well) (Back now! For the moment.)

(This is the week of awkward first times, I see!) (I thought it would hurt more than it did Helen because Helen was far more physically active- she'd actually broken her hymen years before. Griselda not so much.) (Helen and Jack, Richard and Helen and Jack, Griselda and Tombol and Carelia...can't really count Pauli and Lucinde, though.)

Okay, I am going, because I am on a sudden surprise trip to another city for back-to-school shopping. (Yeah, don't ask, this is what happens when you live in a small town.)(See you when you get back! Or not, if I've gone to bed...) (Going to bed!)

(Back now! Wow, I think that's more girly shopping at one time than in the rest of my life put together. Two dresses, a skirt, and a cute top. Also, vitamins.)
(Are you done with the most recent section? Since there's no asterisk but it's been a while...) (Yes! I could have sworn I'd asterisked...) (I was very bewildered!)

(I am having the urge to edit and add descriptions.) (I'm finished BTW) (Sorry, went to take a shower. Thought it would be quicker!)(That's okay! I was just worried my asterisk hadn't gone through... All of a sudden I am trying to work out the Narnian Navy Regulations with regard to women who have just had babies.) (Well, in the Army at least, I think that Fiorenza had a month's leave with Emery and then was on desk duty for at least another five months, but part of that is because she's a crazy workaholic, so it might be different. *shrugs*) (Hm. Also, the Navy probably has regulations about how pregnant a woman on board can be. I think Roland was born a month after she got back from her last voyage, and she shipped out with them again when the Crimson Sun came into port. There was also a Belgarine Embassy there at the time, headed by one of her cousins.) (So, I had the thought that the first time Griselda shipped out and came back, it was to find her favorite uncle as ambassador from Belgarion -- along with a dowry provided (OBVIOUSLY GRUDGINGLY) by her brother by the order of the king. Also, they wanted her to spy for Belgarion, but that failed kind of miserably.) (And someone made Remarks about Narnian morals, and Griselda and Carelia made out in front of them. Are you finished on your bit?) (...the asterisk vanished. WHAT GOOGLEDOCS WHAT?)) (Also the punctuation at the end!) (...I don't even know. Did you just backspace the asterisk or did it just vanish randomly?) (I think I backspaced)(Finished. In case of Magical Vanishing Asterisks) (IT was a moment of sheer terror, and also, WTF.)

(I am going to be gone for a couple of hours! I'm meeting a friend and then going to the library.) (If you get back after ten, I will have gone to bed.) (...never mind, I'm a natural born damned idiot and tried to leave a whole hour early. WHOOPS.)(Okay! Well, when you get back when you've actually left, I'll have gone to bed.

And sometimes I forget what aella_irene wrote and what I wrote. I know. Awkward.

In other news, it is completely possible for me to listen to twelve Pink songs in a row and mentally vid them all to Narnia. Um. (Interestingly, none of them were for Edmund. I do kind of forget who they were all for -- Susan, a couple of them, and Lucy, and one for post-Narnia Peter, and one for the Strays, and a couple Junior Pevensie ones. And one of them may have been for Aslan?)

Also, classes start Monday. WAH. DO NOT WANT. WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE.
