bedlamsbardToday I feel like being exactingly perfect. Well, okay. I can deal with that, I think. Woke up this morning at 8:30 to do laundry (the laundry room services the entire complex; it's really hard to get a machine unless you time it well. And I needed two), then made black tea and went to breakfast at Bruff, where they had these little puff pastry braidy things with pecans on them that I really like and that I haven't seen since getting back to school, then got my laundry out of the dryer and spent a long time folding everything, including my sheets. I like folding sheets. It makes me feel accomplished.
Also, my linen drawer smells like vanilla. I keep meaning to put my jeans and socks in there, but I keep forgetting, so I'm still partially living out of my suitcase. Oh, well. It's a good place to throw various pieces of clothing into when I have to change quickly.
