Well, I don't have a newsletter, but I do dump most of my ideas on my Other Blog (http://lyndseaswriting.blogspot.com/) in the hopes that somebody will take them off my hands. :P
Although, sadly, due to a few reasons, I'm unlikely to actually finish it. (The prologue was 12,000 words! I haven't figured out if what I want to do with part of it would be realistic, and the only person who can tell me if it is is a Chicago social worker! I have no tiiiime!)
