Definitely check out the counseling center. Also, I completely understand where you're coming from-- I used to panic when I realised that I didn't have anything to worry about, because I'd think it meant that something bad was going to happen. I'm on a super-duper low dose of anxiety meds now, and it's helped my quality of life so much. Maybe it's worth a chat with a psychiatrist?
