bedlamsbard*hyperventilates* So it's Week in New Orleans and, oh my gods, there are tall ships in town -- AWESOME -- and one of them is the USCG Eagle. As in, the USCG Eagle from Island in the Sea of Time. As in, a ship that apparently isn't actually fictional but is from one of my favorite series ever and IT IS IN TOWN AND THERE ARE TOURS. This is like being able to tour the Galactica or the Enterprise or the Dawn Treader. *explodes from sheer excitement*
(I'm not sure if I'll actually be able to go see it, since I hear it's useful to do homework once in a while? BUT THE EAGLE.)
ETA: And apparently the pirates are in town this week/end too, because obviously. Like I could make this up.
