See, I like Win7 because when I'm looking for something, 90% of the time it's in Downloads. Handy, that.
As for moving things, if for some reason you installed it to the Downloads folder you can either just move the folder to Programs, or uninstall-reinstall. *shrug* Drag-n-drop is our friend?
