...and then on top of all the other stuff -- the screeching is now intermittent -- my period started. Early. Yeah. On my birthday. Yeah. At least I don't have cramps. Yet.

Well, at least I got to go see The Hobbit for the fourth time. (I KNOW. The amazing thing is that I'm still not tired of it, though just because of the four-and-a-half hours of sleep thing I almost drifted off during the White Council, which is my least favorite part anyway. No dwarves. No hobbit. I do keep picking up new things, though, like Martin Freeman's truly amazing facial expressions. Also this is the first time I noticed that Thorin's beard is different during the opening sequence in Erebor than later on in the movie.)

I will not judge you for seeing the Hobbit 4 times. I'm trying to get to my third. And I saw Phantom Menace 13 times in the theater.

Happy Birthday and even without cake, celebrating it with Dwarfs is GREAT

I don't even regret it, because HOBBITSES. And I have fond memories of going to see TTT and RotK for the second time on birthdays past, so it's practically tradition.
