WTF why? OMG, I had them for six years (no joke, ugh) and hated every second of it. I really should get them again because my bottom teeth shifted back out of place, but I hated them so much that I refuse.
Because my mother thinks the last thing I should do as a high school student is get braces. Hi, yeah, the good part is that it's only for nine months; the bad part is that those nine months happen to be the nine months of my senior year of high school. Good thing: scheduled for after senior pictures. Bad thing: oh my god, it will fuck with my embouchure to no end, and I have to do All State auditions around the time that I get them on (not to mention other band related stuff, and wow, how sad is it that my first worry was for band and not for pictures?). *weeps* It's only two teeth! Granted, one of them is at, like, a forty-five degree angle, but it's only two teeth and I DON'T CARE.
