The Unit: "Five Brothers"
Nov. 6th, 2007 10:14 pmYOU BASTARDS! Oh my God, you magnificent, magnificent bastards. I don't think I've hyperventilated that much in any not a season finale -- hell, I don't think I've hyperventilated that much in any season finale. Oh my God.
I just...I don't even. Christ, the acting here. I don't even. Oh baby.
You know what scene I'm talking about. Well, besides ALL OF THEM, but oh my God, that last scene. Gray's face. Oh, Hector. Oh, Bob and Jonas and Mac and all of them. Oh, baby.
Now that is how you do a motherfucking death scene. I mean, lead-in so that everyone expects another character -- oh, Gray, and he won't be back out in the field for a while if ever again -- to die, and then -- blam. Oh my God, Hector. Oh my God.
B-Plot -- shouldn't have been here. That said, oh my God, Hector knew (in ref to previous ep_. Hector knew and I had faith that this show would not drop that plot completely, I knew that this show had continuity UNLIKE SOME OTHER SHOWS I WILL NOT NAME (HINT HINT CSI:NY HINT HINT). Oh, baby.
Oh my God, Hector. Oh my God.
Oh, the Marines. That part cracked me up, possibly because I've been writing way too much Army Rangers-USMC rivalry lately, but oh, the Marines.
That journalist bastard was totally not worth it. Oh my God, it wasn't even...oh my God. Oh my God.
Oh, Bob. "You son of a bitch." "I know." And just -- Bob. Oh, Bob. I have to get the entire run of this show on DVD RIGHT NOW. God, I love this show. So much. SO MUCH. FAVORITE THING ON THE AIR RIGHT NOW.
*hyperventilates* Oh my God. Oh my God. Oh, boys.

Marines. "Semper Fi". 'Nough said.
Really? ::looks interested:: I'll have to look for that.

It's for my original novel, so it's all either flocked or private or not online at all.
