life goes on, and on, and on
Nov. 18th, 2007 03:39 pmGuys, it's snowing. In other words, I totally called it. Day after Tolo, I said, and it's snowing.
Tolo was yesterday. I didn't go. I stayed home and watched Stargate instead. I really need to get my hands on more than the first two seasons, because Cam! Awesome balls of awesome. ABC was showing "Company of Thieves" last night, so. Cam.
No, in other words, nothing interesting is going on, except for the fact my AP English teacher gave me a B- when it was supposed to be an A- on my quarter report card. Yeah, hi, I kind of need all my As so I can get into college.
Oh, and I ran a mile and a half on Friday -- in the rain -- for my AFROTC scholarship. Thank God I did it then, because, well, snow!
And I should probably be doing homework. Or something. (Parody of "The White Man's Burden", which just pisses me off, because that's the only poem Kipling is known for and he shouldn't be judged for that because he's really a fantastic poet, and yet it always comes down to the damn "White Man's Burden." ARGH.)
