what happens when fandoms mix

I'm reading Harry Potter, I'm writing Star Wars, so I keep thinking stuff like "Anakin Skywalker raised his wand -- no, shit, he doesn't use a wand. he's a freaking Jedi, Anakin raised his lightsaber -- no, shit, he doesn't use a lightsaber anymore either, Anakin punched the bastard in the face and pulled a blaster on him, okay, that's better."

We're just lucky I'm not watching a ton of CSI:NY right now, I'd be babbling about Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, galactic detectives who patrol the galaxy with forensic droids and gold badges.

The sad thing is I'm not even kidding.

Attack of the Clones

Has anyone else noticed that this entire movie is basically Anakin going, "Why does the entire galaxy hate me?" and Obi-Wan going, "Why does this always happen to me?" Because it totally is.

I don't know why everyone in the fandom hates this movie; of the prequels, it's my favorite.

Bones S3 spoilers! Nothing horrible or really explicit, at least in my opinion -- and my worst fear is not yet come to pass. Whee!
