ahem, the life of me
Jun. 29th, 2008 02:18 pmApparently it is very hot outside. I am countering this huge problem by staying inside (where, as I've mentioned before, my house is freezing) and rereading The Terror, a.k.a. How The Franklin Expedition Died A Great And Terrible Frozen Death, Alas. Also, knitting. (I know. Knitting makes no sense when it's over a hundered degrees out, and moreover, I'm going to Louisiana in a month and a half. Anyway, I like knitting, and now I know how to knit with double-pointed needles and circular needles. Now I am happy.) And writing; "Till Human Voices Wake Us" (Narnia gen, Golden Age hijinks, fairly certain that the title is going to change because it's no longer relevent and makes much more sense in the context of another story), which is now officially longer than "Long Forgotten Wars." "Long Forgotten Wars" is 5402 words; "Till Human Voices Wake Us" is 6172 and growing.
