Jul. 31st, 2008 01:32 pmIn a beautiful, loving, kind world, "In Constellated Wars" could be up by tonight. (And by tonight, I mean just after midnight PST.) In more realistic terms, tomorrow or the day after.
I have to flesh out Peter's story, because his is practically bare bones compared to the others'. (I cut about a thousand words or so out of Susan's, but almost none from Caspian's or Edmund's. Gee, thanks, brain.) I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for "flesh out" rather than "completely rewrite from the beginning".
And then I'm going to write something crazy. Or take a day off and do fanmix stuff. (After all, I have seed-mixes for Lucy and, um, my view of Aslan, and mixes in need of fine-tuning for Edmund, Peter, Peter/Narnia -- you think I'm kidding -- and Narnia.)
And at some point I have to read the book I'm required to for Tulane. But who needs to do that?
Also, it is the last day of July, and my house is freezing -- I am wearing jeans and a sweatshirt. ON THE LAST DAY OF JULY.
ETA: Or, you know, I could finish editing it today. THANK YOU GOD. (Peter's section -- now equal with Susan's, and thus only the second shortest, after Lucy's.) I feel this is an appropriate time for CAKE. And then I shall muse what order to put them in.
