And I have classes for next year!
Apr. 22nd, 2010 11:05 amI have classes for next semester! And they are extremely classics-heavy.
CLAS 6010: The Peloponnesian and Punic Wars
CLAS 4060: The Classical Epic
ENLS 4460: Shakespeare I (Elizabethan Shakespeare)
HISA 3150: The Age of the Vikings
CLAS 3190: Pompeii: Life in a Roman Town
LATN 1010: Elementary Latin
( screenshot of schedule under the cut )
The only thing I'm worried about is that I'm going four hours without a break on Wednesdays; there is another Latin 1010 class offered at 9:00 MWF (with the 8:30 on Tuesdays), but then I'm not entirely certain I'd eat breakfast.
The other thing I'm worried about (okay, scratch the "only" earlier) is that if I end up taking Latin 151 at Central this summer, the only Latin 1020 class Tulane offers is at the same time as The Peloponnesian and Punic Wars, so I'd have to drop that. (Which could actually only be a good thing, because I really shouldn't have six classes, but I just can't help myself.)
Also, I really need to declare for my classics major, because I'm going to have more credits towards that than towards my MEMS major. *facepalm*
ETA: Holy shit, if I take Latin this summer, I will finish the classics major by the end of next semester.
