Feb. 21st, 2011 02:25 pmI have accidentally locked myself out of my Continental account, and thus am on hold with customer service, and I hate the world. It is not even just crappy hold music. They are advertising at me. Clearly I approve of Continental! Otherwise I would not be ON FUCKING HOLD WITH THEM.
ETA: That was a stupid amount of hold time for an insignificant amount of actual help time. (Hold time: fifteen or sixteen minutes, for about one to two minutes of actual help.)
