LJ and Twitter are both down. I may never recover. (Well, actually I need to go to class and then to a meeting with a thesis advisor (Spenser), so hopefully it doesn't matter. BUT IT'S THE PRINCIPLE OF THE THING.)

In conclusion I leave you with an interview with Colm Feore (Cardinal Giuliano Della Rover, who later becomes Pope Julius II), where he talks about getting kissed by Jeremy Irons. I shall never tire of reading about Jeremy Irons swanning up to people and kissing them on the mouth. IN JUST THOSE WORDS.

I love it. I actually feel like writing, and my prose sucks donkey balls. (No idea why. Probably haven't been reading the right things. It's been medieval and early modern persecution for the past week.)

The really sad thing is that I wanted to be writing Dust, but I have to keep backspacing because something goes wrong.
