bedlamsbardOh, this is so typical of my life. So typical. I need coins so I can make copies of the pages from The Outlandish Companion that I used in my I-Search paper -- yes, not only do we have to write the frelling paper, we also have to turn in all of our research with it -- but I'm forty cents short and my extra quarters? Sealed away somewhere I can't get to them so I don't spend them. Which means the only spare change I have are my state quarters, which I don't want to use because they're my state quarters! They're important to me! And my parents are away at the park, and not answering their cells, so I can't beg spare change off them.
Forty cents. This is so unbelievable. Maybe I'll make a coffee run and ask for change? Except that involves spending money in the first place. *headdesk* And the library closes in an hour and twenty minutes! It takes me ten minutes to get into town! The paper is due tomorrow! I didn't do any of this yesterday because it was my birthday! (But I did watch a lot of Farscape and a movie about dogs. Made me want to get another husky.)
*weeps* I could break out a handful of the quarters that I know I have doubles of in the unbreakable quarter jar -- no, seriously, the entire point of the thing is to not open it, so I've been putting my spare quarters in for years nwow -- but I don't remember which ones they are. And none of the spare change lying around my house is larger than a nickel and I need dimes or quarters, minimum. And the copy machine doesn't take cash.
