why, world, why?
Jan. 31st, 2008 08:26 pmTomorrow is going to be the day from hell. Jazz band, school, Creative Writing Club (we're critiquing my work today!), practice with my accompanist for Solo Ensemble (which is the day after tomorrow, by the way), pick up the pizzas for concessions, run concessions for the girls game, pep band, home, shower, Numb3rs, sleep. Wake up Saturday morning, go to the Music Building, warm up, play my Hindemith sonata, go home, fall over, go back to the Music Building, warm up, play my Rueff piece, go home, fall over, work on novel.
Oh, yes, have I mentioned? I now have to have my novel done by the beginning of March. God damn it. I have to go back to thinking in present time; I've been doing flashbacks for the past month, so I have a really clear idea of the past but no idea at all what's going on now.
On the other hand, the compulsive list-making is at least making me very, very organized.
ETA: Vid rec: All Good Things (Come to an End). The CSI:NY team and their personal tragedies. Let me put it this way: it started out with Aiden, and I teared up, because oh my God, Aiden. I forget how much I liked her. Seriously, if you call yourself a CSI:NY fan, you should watch this, like, now.
And another one: Heroes, to "How to Save a Life" -- on the episode "Heroes." Oh, Aiden. May you never be forgotten.
