bedlamsbardI just wrote a really great first paragraph of the Narnia/LotR story and my computer ate it. *sulks* At least it was only a paragraph.
And it's not like the 10K+ story is going anywhere; I think I wrote it from the wrong POV. Or maybe not, maybe I'm just missing a chunk of 5K somewhere that should probably be there, and by that, I mean the part that had me thrilled about writing the story in the first place. I just got distracted by writing action. I like writing action, but I'm not sure it should be in this story.
Well, on the bright side, at least I got Peter out of the damned caves. Perhaps I'll relieve my suffering by spending money on the sales at SuperCrafty and KnitPicks. Oh, I know: I play the saxophone, I write fic, I'm joining the military, and I knit.
