Oh my God, Lucy. Yes, yes, because that's what happens when you're raised in another world entirely, when death is in your bones before you've even hit puberty. So beautifully and coldly pragmatic -- Jesus fucking Christ, Lucy; you almost make Peter look like a kind and loving soul (or if we're going to quote Lewis here, prudent and understanding). Peter kills because it's necessary, Peter kills out of vengeance, out of anger, to protect his family and his people -- Lucy kills because it's the prudent thing to do.

Because you don't expect it. She looks like a sweet-faced little girl, but she's not, and it's vaguely terrifying.

She's like the movie White Witch with her sporadic mood changes, except she's not as nearly emotionally detached or physically terrifying.
