I have my books. I have a working microfridge. (NUMBER FOUR. OH MY GOD. BUT THIS ONE WORKS.)

And my classes start tomorrow. Right now, I have:

Introduction to British Literature I
Beginning Japanese I
Greek Tyranny and Democracy
Theatre Arts
TIDES: Reading and Writing Women in Literature
AFROTC

Note that I dropped General Physics and Calculus II. Yeah, I think I'll be an English major.

The panicking, flailing person will get you really far in college. I'm not even joking. Seriously, if you panic and flail at an adminstrative person, they're totally like mother hens who will try to help you out.

You have time, if you ever want to. I mean, a minor is, what, 33 credits or somethign? 36?

I don't tend to do the panicking and flailing so much in person, though. *bemused* I do calm, collected, and polite, and then I burst into tears and start crying hysterically. Or start crying while being calm, collected, and polite, and my voice and my hands start shaking, and seriously, I cry really easily.

*checks* A physics minor at Tulane would be 21 credits, but some of the classes have math requirements. And I would be really happy if I never had to take a math class again. And majors at Tulane are about 30 credits, except if I do go for the Creative Writing concentration with an English major, then I have to take four more English courses.

... that's it?! My major was 60 credits, and my minor was 30... I barely managed to squeeze them both in, because I was a Linguistics major my first year and that took up most of my electives.
