You know what's awesome? SLEEP. Went to bed around midnight last night -- I actually meant to go to bed way earlier, then Peter Pevensie and his issues jumped me, then got up around 8:30. That was nice. SLEEP.

Then, you know those moments where the professor says something and the entire class is dead silent, staring at her in confusion? That was my Japanese class today. Yep.

Although! My Natural Disasters class continues to hang onto its position as Writing Class of the Semester and produced lovely Golden Age fic with Susan in the baths. Yes. Peter is arriving soon. They are mountains more sane in the Golden Age than in Dust; the contrast is actually kind of shocking, coming off Dust and going to the Golden Age. And it's not even early Golden Age, it's late Golden Age. *shakes head*

Also, this vid is the best thing ever. Clark's face in the beginning! I only saw about the first season of Smallville, maybe the second one too; when did Smallville turn into thinly disguised porn?

Usually when the dead silence thing happens, it's because the lecturer has just asked a really obvious question, like "So why doesn't the poet like sheep?"

And we're all thinking "Because of the Highland Clearances, duh, oh, wait shit are we missing something? Was he gored by a sheep? OH NOES IT'S A TRICK QUESTION RUN AWAY RUN AWAY!"

So we just stare at him, halfway between "Are you serious?" and "I did the reading, really I did!" *shrug*

Except when it's Japanese 102 and the professor has just finished explaining about the use of double particles, or when you drop the subject and use wa instead of ni but only when the sentence is connected to an early sentence and has the same subject, and then asks if we've understood.

Yeah. That would be a "maybe?"

Wow, that has turned in to quite a raunchy show.

And watching that, then rereading your post, I saw "then Peter Pevensie and his issues jumped me" and giggled like a fourteen-year-old boy

I mean, maybe she just picked out specific episodes, but still.

The best part is his face in the first bits. And Lex.

I WISH.
