bedlamsbardI feel an overwhelming urge to write something adorable. Dust is not adorable. (Not this chapter at least, what with the jail and the chains and the dungeon and the bloodplay and...I'm not actually kidding. No, seriously. I kid about nothing. I really am considering drugging him again, too.)
The Peter/Susan I have is kind of adorable, but the Lucy interactions are just weird, and bleedover from Dust, I think, where Lucy's on an anti-Susan crusade. It makes no sense whatsoever in Golden Age context.
Have just rewatched the treasury/rescue scene from PC, because I'm on the edge of thinking my characterization's slipping. Dude. Anyone that thinks my Peter is not supported by canon? "They were doing fine drowning me without your help!" "Maybe we should have let them," and that's not just sarcasm. OH PETER.
Also, the castle attack, and Peter on the horse? BUNDLES OF YES. We need more mounted!Pevensies. (Interestingly, there is considerably more horsemanship in Water.)
I would say something about backing off the Peter&Susan in Dust and working back towards the Peter&Edmund, because I feel like it's lapsed, but then again, Edmund isn't even going to show up for another few chapters, let alone interact with Peter. So there's that.

My insiders say this is definite. Disney may regret dumping Walden Media's Narnia 3: The Voyage of the Dawn Trader, especially now that Fox is definitely going ahead with the project. Could be embarrassing to Disney if Fox makes money on it.
