One of the funnier parts about rereading Water is that I keep switching around pronouns during the sex scenes. (Not really anywhere else, just the sex scenes.) It's like, one minute I'm writing het! One minute I'm writing slash! One minute I'm writing femmeslash!

It's not just Peta and Caspian, though, I actually do this all the time when I'm writing sex scenes. I have done it with Susan and Peter, most recently. *sigh*

(My poor little werewolf!Peter! His life kind of sucks. I feel so bad for him. Right now he just got pulled out of a river by Edmund after a wolf tried to drown him until he said he was going back to the White Witch.)

I FEEL SO BAD FOR HIM. And the other wolves are a little, "well, dude, he's so far killed two pack leaders..." and the latest pack leader...

Narnian Centaur: "Get back! Aslan will suffer no creature of the White Witch's here!
Peter: *panics*
Wolf: "Told you so. Those heroes will never take one of us. Come home with us. There's nothing left for you here."
Peter: *shakes his head*
Wolf: "I'm not Athello [the last pack leader] or Maugrim. I won't make you fight. I can be good to you."
Edmund: "YOU CAN GET AWAY FROM HIM!"

I feel so bad for him. So bad. So, so bad. The scene is actually done, it's just not typed up yet, and it's...god, I feel so bad for Peter. Because a few minutes or so after that Peter snaps at Lucy because she's startled him, and Edmund drags her away, and they're both scared of Peter, because he's a wolf, and he nearly bit his little sister, and Edmund has seen what the wolves can -- and will -- do.
