She breaks one guy's kneecap with her steel-toed boots, elbows another, hits him in the face with the bracer she's still wearing, kicks him in the balls (with her SHITKICKING BOOTS), pulls a knife out of her bracer and throws it into the neck of a third Calormene, and starts to strangle a fourth one. With the chain on her handcuffs.

Yes. She's in manacles throughout the entire scene.
