I am the least Christian/Jewish/any people of the Book person ever, but OH MY GOD KINGS. (Look, I'm basically coming at this the same way I go at Narnia and Merlin: pretty royals, good chance it's going to end badly, but at least it'll be fun to watch!)

And David uses a rocket launcher instead of a slingshot (which is...about where my biblical knowledge of this story begins and ends). It is FABULOUS. I know I'm missing tons of stuff, but still: fabulous.

I don't. D: I was just writing nice angsty Caspian-being-naive-and-thinking-Lucy-is-nicest and then all of a sudden Lucy is all "AHAHAHA I KISS YOU" and Caspian is all "YOU ARE FOURTEEN WHERE DID YOU LEARN THAT?!" and Lucy's all "I AM NARNIA".

Me: WAIT WHAT? ... argh, Bed has gotten to me again.

Also, is Lucy supposed to say things like, "I have to stay and listen to to who I am" ? Because she is scaring me. And Caspian.

Probably everyone else but her siblings, actually. Seriously. She is Susan with a side-dish of Luna Lovegood and a pretty dagger instead of a bow.

Of course, my Lucy got around a lot in the Golden Age, so she definitely knows how to kiss. (She probably lost her virginity around fourteen, too. *winces*)

Narnia obviously wants to ruin my soul, because now I find myself wanting to write Peter/(Narnia)/ANYONE. Narnia ruined them all, oh dear.

And yeah, Lucy is a slut. It is, unfortunately, her older sibling's fault. Nevertheless, I adore Lucy so much now, because she is adorable. SOCUTE. And... stuff. Oh dear.

I find myself wondering who her first was. The first time. The second time it's Caspian, the third it's... someone else in Narnia, and in England I don't know. Though I have the idea she and Susan tore through Peter and Edmund's squads or stuff.

And everyone is all 'You have awesome sisters, Pevensie.' Edmund scowls.

Peter just grins and goes 'Yeah, I know.'

Hmm, I think my Lucy's first was a sailor/ex-pirate off one of Osumare Seaworth's ships. (My Susan's first, on the other hand, was a traveling minstrel from Shoushan. Peter's was a naiad. Or a dryad. Or possibly a naiad and a dryad -- look, golden-haired High King, war hero, just saved the country, all innocent and so-forth -- he was popular. Edmund's was a Telmarine refugee (http://bedlamsbard.livejournal.com/268545.html?thread=1575937#t1575937).)

I know my Susan was always with one of Peter's men, which actually didn't always end as badly as one might think. Lucy, though -- Lucy probably steered away from them, mostly because Susan was always there.

*shrugs* I do know the source material, and synecdochic geeking out over how true they are to the source material is a thing of beauty (and she's working on a series of posts to educate people who don't know the source material, if you're interested), and between reactions of her sort and reactions of your sort, well...iTunes had better be more cooperative tomorrow than it was today.

Been trying to convince my budget that high-speed is actually affordable. Not working so well. (And even if I do manage to convince my budget, I live at home, and it's not so likely that I'll be able to convince my parents that I can afford high-speed when I owe them four thousand dollars...)
