Gee, I feel like I just keep reaching fannish milestone after fannish milestone. I made it onto fandomsecrets (#132), should I be proud or alarmed? (Thanks to snacky for the link.)

Meanwhile, on the list of things no one wanted to know about the Pevensies, when they were in England and after all her siblings had already left school, Lucy had an affair with one of her professors. One day Peter walked in, blinked a few times, then walked out. The professor still does not understand why (knowing Peter's reputation) he's still alive and Peter didn't even give him the tongue-lashing of his life.

Thomas never really knew what to think of Lucy. Her seduction of him was skillful and subtle until he wasn't quite sure how she was in his bed. She had been a virgin then, which confused him further. Surely a girl so confident in her sexuality would have taken advantage of it previous to him. He was older than her by years, though not old enough to have fathered her thank god. She seemed intrigued by his curly hair and his neat beard. When they were in bed she would breathlessly cry out his name, "tt-tthhuuummm-oossss".

... that's all i've got. i think she has a type.

Hmmm. *considers the matter* See, I'm one of the few people (or so it feels) that doesn't think there actually was any Tumnus/Lucy. She liked the rakish type, the ones that seemed dangerous and that weren't quite safe or quite wise.

The professor she had the affair with was a war vet who'd gotten a medical discharge after some wound. She never seemed alarmed by the scars at all; he'd been afraid to show them to a woman before, in case she found them horrifying.

i don't think Tumnus ever saw Lucy as anything but a child. i do think Lucy wouldn't have any particular problem with playing out a fantasy if the opportunity presented itself. also, Tumnus is the rakish type. and Lucy considers scars a turn on, yes. it proves you aren't afraid to live.

And besides, it's not like Lucy hasn't seen scars before. Had a few of her own once, too.

*muses* I think they met a few times in London over the summer, and that's when Peter walked in -- not at the school.
