Guys, I have named my (hypothetical) bakery. It shall be known as "The Flour Basket" and the tag shall be "Live in a world full of flours!"

On that note, I am vaguely considering trying to sell baked goods (muffins, scones, cookies, cakes, and also pralines, because they are awesome and rare up north) at the Farmers Market this summer. Except I'm not sure it would be financially viable, and there are already a handful of other sellers selling baked goods there -- I think at least one actual bakery for sure. Thoughts? Anyone have experience with that sort of thing?

Just make sure your pralines were made on non-humid days!

Definitely not a problem; I'm pretty sure my hometown doesn't know the meaning of the word "humidity". (I am from out west. We don't get humid. Coming to the south was a real shock.)

Then you are made. I have people who are in school up north (PA, actually) who ask me to send them pralines, they miss them so.

I accidentally introduced pralines to central Washington via, ah, pralines made with marshmallows. I regret this madness; they do not taste right. This summer, experimenting with non-marshmallow pralines.

I sent pralines to snacky in MA last year, and have converted her to the wonder of the praline. Next in my plan of world domination via the praline, my lovely home state...
