Thor's clearly a Vikings fan; he's (literally!) raining on the Saints parade.
Zeus is getting in on the action too; my Classical Epic professor read the line "presently the son of Kronos was minded to anger" and thunder cracks, right on cue.
Also, in the streets, there is water up to my knees. Is this really necessary, New Orleans? I wasn't even wearing rainboots. It's going to take several days to dry those shoes out!
