I have one of the CSI: NY puzzle sets, which my mother and I have been doing for most of today, and let me tell you, it's hard. Mostly because there's no image to create the puzzle off of, so you have to work off the seven hundred fifty pieces themselves, matching colors to colors and images to images. As for the plot - well, that's sound enough, although Collins' characterization is shot to hell. Mac calls Flack "Don" twice in the first half of the first page. *facepalm* I would so totally write tie-in novels to this series if I could. And the characterization would be better than the tie-ins they have now.
I know I promised another chapter of Bloody Sunday, but alas, I have none. The latest plot twist threw my outline off and I'm trying to work around that; as it is, I'm trying to reconsider villain motive and how to tie up the end of the first part. And since it's a one-case story, I can't just go off to the B-case. Since there is no B-case. And I apologize sincerely for that. (Not that it looks like Bloody Sunday is going to tie up plot points, just create more of them, but at this point in time I really don't want to get into another novel-length fic, since I'm trying to concentrate on my originals.)
