bedlamsbardI am ruthlessly pillaging this meme from Tumblr, because I don't have a Tumblr (no, technology, I refuse; to be fair, I do this with everything else too) and it looks fun. (Also, to be fair, I think variations of this go around journal fandom every year or so.) And also I guess I'm trying to post every day in February or something?
Give me 2-4 actors and actresses. I'll put iTunes on shuffle and create a fake movie using that song and those actors.
I reserve the right to make it a TV show because I have trouble with movie pacing.
ETA: I also reserve the right to ask for a recast if I don't think I'm familiar enough with the actors.

Emmy Caraway (Katee Sackhoff) and Montgomery ("Monty") Draper (Dominic Monaghan) have been best friends since elementary school. When Emmy comes back from her tour in Afghanistan to find her husband Jacob (Ben Barnes) has moved his mistress (Lenora Crichlow) into their flat, she files for divorce and spends the next month sleeping on Monty's couch while she tries to decide what to do with her life. Monty, who writes for a popular travel magazine and its accompanying blog, suggests that she come with him on his next assignment: a roadtrip through the United States, beginning in Maine and following the Atlantic coast, the Mexican border, the Pacific coast, and finally the Canadian border until they return to their starting point. Grateful for a change of pace and scenery, and hoping that time and distance will ease the ache in her heart and her recurring nightmares from deployment, Emmy agrees. She and Monty pack their bags and, along with Monty's Jack Russell Terrier Smooch, set off for America. They have a bright yellow Jeep, a full tank of petrol, GPS, and Monty's editor Penelope (Rachel Weisz) looming over them via Skype. What can possibly go wrong? More importantly: what can go right?
