Summary:
Loki’s first warning that something interesting was going to happen was when Mobius said, “Oh, shit,” and tried to steer Loki down the nearest corridor.
Loki wasn't the only Asgardian variant the TVA brought in with the intention of hunting down their rogue, but the problem with Asgardians is that they're Asgardians.

Loki’s first warning that something interesting was going to happen was when Mobius said, “Oh, shit,” and tried to steer Loki down the nearest corridor.
He had one hand wrapped around Loki’s upper arm in a way that was likely supposed to be friendly, but felt more like a veiled substitution for a manacle. Out of a spirit of feigned amicability he hadn’t put another time twister collar on Loki, but Loki knew he had one to hand, not to mention that damned disintegrating baton he had come into the theater with, which he had hooked to his belt beneath the fall of his dreadful jacket. He held the Tesseract idly in his free hand.
Normally neither the weapon nor the grip would have bothered Loki particularly, with or without his magic, but despite his appearance he could tell that Mobius wasn’t human. He wasn’t Asgardian or any of the other near-human species that Loki knew either, which meant that even beyond the tricks and toys of the TVA he and his comrades were unknown quantities. Loki intended to make them known as soon as possible, preferably in ways that didn’t involve getting hit in the face again. It was a moderately useful way of gathering information, but not exactly his preferred method, especially after the day he had had.
Even in their limited acquaintance, Mobius’s reaction was unusual, so Loki dug his heels in to brace himself against the not-quite-linoleum floor and twisted to see what had gotten that response from the man.
For a moment he just stared, ignoring Mobius’s attempt to drag him off. Then he said, “Mother!”
